Obverse photos are too bright on one and out of focus on the other. Could you add a new obverse photo?

Looks over dipped ,also looks like FSB . I believe this is a details coin .

I can't see the details well enough for any numerical evaluation.

It does look FSB.

Can't tell if it's had a bath or if it's just bank roll frosty, either way, I'd put it at 65 FSB.

Zooming in on that center band...I'm on the fence, but leaning more towards no..IMO of course..
