VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP -- two Victories stg., facing one another, together holding shield inscribed VOT PR on altar. in ex. ESIS RIC VII Siscia 54 your second coin is Constantius II and the mintmark is ΔSIS double crescent, RIC VII Siscia 217 Constantius II A.D. 328- 329 FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C; Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust left.
