Bottom pic needs to be rotated - it's a turreted bust of Tyche:

It's similar to some bronzes from Sidon, Phoenicia from the 2nd-1st century BC. The Greek transcription seems sloppily done. Whether it's an authentic official issue, an ancient counterfeit, or modern forgery, I'm not sure - although, if I had to guess, I'd go with an ancient counterfeit based on the crude rendition of Tyche. You might want to post it on the ancients/medieval board to get some opinions there. For comparison, some examples at the links - these are all slightly larger than yours:
