Nothing special looks to have a grease filled I.
I have seen a lot with weak L's but not a weak I.

IMO...minor Greaser or part of wrapper damage, smoothed over and retoned during circulation (see darker arc from I (in IGWT) through the I (in Liberty)down to the bust. Also seeing damage to lower part of W (in We)... just stating what I'm seeing
