Don't have an exact figure, but most of the clad business strike S coins have a mintage around one million pieces. That is about HALF the mintage of the W mint mark coins.

Well that's IF it is a clad S business strike and not a S proof strike. It could be either so far by the description.

True. Both NIFC so they get into circulation the same way. Although the business strike is more likely given how they are sold.

Well if it is a proof the mintage is probably even less. Current mintage of the clad proof 2018 quarters is about 590,000 so half of the Business strike S quarters or a quarter of the W mint coins. By the way mintage of the S business strike isjust under 900,000.
