The arrow on the left points where it is 2 × the size. Should be one single branch. That spot shows 2. I am on a phone and to me the pics is clear

Look toward the middle it straightens up and on opposite side it is like that on the upper side , where the arrow is on the leaf you can see at the end of the leaf there is a second. Also it is raised and a dent would mean inward not above the coin , right !!! Like the branch is really left to right on normal coin , it has a second one turned from like 10 o clock to 4 o clock positions thanks for the inputs btw

It maybe just an issue with die polishing that reduced the field on that side of the stem? If it were a doubled die, then the rest of the stem and the leaves would also be affected. They are not. Here is an example of a 1968-D Quarter DDR:
1994-Quarter.-DDR-?----Found-3-Just-Alike
Note the side by side? The devices on the DDR are affected and the stem and leaves some as well. So if what you are seeing on your would have affected all the devices in that area, then it would be a DDR. But just on e area is affected, so it is not a DDR.
