Found this while going through my grandpa's collection that was passed onto me. I posted it as part of a different thread but thought maybe it specifically should go here. Anyways, any feedback on it would be appreciated!

Forgive my newbieness, but would that be a bad, good or neutral thing in regards to rarity/desirability? Not trying to sell but more to separate and display.

Mildly good, I think, though in that kind of stuff I'm not much less of a newbie than you are.

Lamination error.
A "3 for a dollar" bin coin is now worth about two bucks.
Up to you to decide if that's bad, good, or neutral.
If it has sentimental value as well then it should be good.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

You can use the search box,upper left of page and type in lamination. Also,try the glossary,left column of page.

I would have to go with the original die crack diagnosis. The Tombac nickels were prone to them ,
