Ron Pope lists this variety in his excellent Buffalo nickel abraded die variety reference (1917-S ADO 2F - page 39). The variety is listed as very scarce with 126-250 known in all grades in his study. Most of these grade Fine or lower. I think this grades higher. Thoughts? Thanks!
