I believe you did well on that coin. Looks like it should grade at least as a MS64 BN or maybe even RB.

is there doubling in the first feather of the headdress? I don't see any DDO varieties for this date

Looks like clashed dies on the obverse!! A nice IHC, and I would say 63BN.

On your in hand photos there is some kind of a mark between the first two feathers from left to right . also I'm seeing smooth feather tips not quite sure why , doesn't look like wear nor LDS .

There is something that looks like doubling in the headdress plus that mysterious mark between thefirst two feathers that t-bob pointed out. Would say ms65+ Bn or Rb can't tell from the pics.

This looks like Snow S-20, a DDR with doubling on the right upper wreath leaves towards the outer edge. The obverse marks appear to be from clash with the reverse die. My working theory is that this is a post-clash coin which has undergone a die reworking after the clash, removing some of the evidence especially from the fields, which would explain the combination of some middle die state features (e.g. the shield top) with the "outline" effect seen on the obverse being an artifact of die polishing to remove the clash marks. I'd send this one to Rick Snow for an opinion or show it to him at one of the shows he attends; he might be able to tell you exactly what happened or nail down an attribution (the scarcer S-1 DDR has more noticeable doubling on the left side of the wreath at C in CENT, and a die chip in the bottom right of the base of 1 in the date.)
