Coin frog just pointed out an important area for grading an IHC . Have to agree VF-35 and very dark , I think it's the coin ,not the photos .

the overall look is putting it in the XF range for me. it has a good chance at XF45. everything but the ribbon is saying its stronger than a 40 so I'm thinking its a little weak on the obverse strike. you cant just look at one indicator to determine grade
