Hello Need Some Help Identifying If This Is An Error Coin Or Not - 2001 Rhode Island State Quarter

I took a picture and you'll look near the bottom and back of Washington's neck. I haven't heard or seen of any type of error like this lol so kinda hoping for a positive response.
