1963-D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Huge Delamination Or Something Else?

It was listed as a struck through, but I think it's either a delam or something else. Weight is 3.0 grams. Whatever it is, he was asking $2. I wasn't going to pass that up! -CH27 Edit: leaning towards delam because of the peel back at the bottom of the error.
