Not sure if anyone can help me.
I know the U.S. Mint produced the Dominican Republic 1942 10 CENTAVOS.
However I am looking for info as to:

1) did Dominican Republic give the Mint the dies and the collar to strike the coins?

2) if so did they give them the collar each year that the Mint produced them?

3) What about the 1937 10 CENTAVOS, that I believe were struck by the Royal Canadian Mint?

I have already read about the 10 CENTAVOS on the NUMISTA website

Any info into these coins would be helpful.
Thank You
