I'm with IGE on this one, 10 with porosity and some scratches on the left reverse near the shield. Has good eye appeal for its condition, and unlike a lot of later NJ's it's decently centered and most of the major details are visible. I'd be pleased to own it.
I believe this is Maris 62-Q (R-3) : large planchet, plain shield, high 8 in date; "W" and "M" initials hidden in the left and right sprigs under the horse head (not visible on this coin); it has the weak central strike common to this variety.
