Hello Pennyray

I am new at trying to identify errors.

But will always take a guess at what an error might be....

At first I am thinking off-center broadstrike. Then looking at my go to website, http://www.error-ref.com/?s=off+center, I am thinking cup off-center strike.

I am sure more experience coin connoisseur will weigh in

What does the edge of the coin look like? It might be a partial collar or an broadstruck?

The reverse looks a little raised above the edge in the SE part of the coin but the edge it's self looks normal.
