I lean toward EF-45, but it's close. Very attractive coin.

XF45. Pointed bust, yes. The color is a bit lighter than I'd like to see on an XF coin but overall quite a nice purchase at the price.

EF-45 details, cleaned. Looks like the seller played games with the photos to dull down the bright surfaces.

Maybe it's your lighting in the photo that gives it a cleaned appearance. Always a crap shoot grading from photos.
