This coin has so many things that make it an adventure.
...trying to get one on day one ...trying to get one on day two (MUCH easier) ...accepting a $475 offer from a dealer who didn't confirm...GREAT! IT'S MINE! ...getting it in hand and deciding whether to open the box or not (not) ...deciding whether to submit the coin for grading (yup) ...no clue what the cert number is ...no clue if it is one of the Holy Grail signed low number ones ...submission delivered but not logged in for days ...watching the completed sale prices rise to stupid levels ...watching the submission move along and waiting for shipping and delivery so I can actually see what I bought...and what cert number I got...
Well worth sixty five bucks

I submitted Four different ASE's that I had in OMP Plus the unopened box containing my 2019-S to NGC on Saturday 11/23, the USPS delivered my five coin submission to Sarasota Fl PO (2600 miles) two days latter. The PO Delivered my submission to NGC at 10:56am on 11/26 and had it signed by an NGC representative. NGC has a "Real Time" tracking system that is activated by the Receiving Department. Yesterday, 12/09 NGC Customer Service finally requested that NGC Receiving "Look" for my submission. My submission is still NOT in the NGC Real Time System today 12/10 15 days since delivery!

I hate to down this path but when you filled out the sub form what did you put down as "coin value"?

Quote: Hopefully it'll hitch a ride with some priority packages and arrive sooner than expected. If you went with NGC and their registered return the best you can hope for is that it doesn't get stuck for days in one spot. They have to be signed for the whole time and locked up at night etc. There's no chance it'll hitch onto something else in the main lines and fly through the system, the person that put it there would likely get fired if it did

I sent in a submission to PCGS earlier this year and they had signed for it but never entered it in. It took 5 weeks before they entered the submission to show it was being processed. So 1 1/2 months before I got to see my coins back in my possession.

@ dave92029, I'm getting gray hair reading about your submission problems, I would be loosing my marbles by now. Thank God I whipped my down there to NGC with Express everything and had it back in my hands within 3 days. I think I just beat the rush. WHEW..... Now that they said they received it I hope it goes much smoother for you from here on in.

Although mine took a bit longer than what I expected still glad I went with express otherwise it might still be stuck as received instead of shipped. Dave 92029- glad to hear your submission is finally showing progress. Pretty sure we've all gone through similar whether for coin submissions or delayed shipment and understand your frustration.
