I don't think it is a die clash and I am not sure if it is doubling.
Thoughts anyone?

To me, it looks like a doubled earlobe.

Congrats and sure hope it is.
It does look like one and this wasn't suppose to be possible with the single squeeze method of die production. This type of doubling is towards the center of the design which is where the master hub makes first contact with the die.

If I understand the reasoning for why this happens, it involves the technician stopping the initial hubbing of the die for some reason, retracting the master hub and then completing the process. With the center of the die being slightly convex the master hub and working die can touch in the center and when the process is finally completed a slight shift in the alignment might cause this type of doubling to occur.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
