The bottom coin is in the style of an Arab Byzantine, the next Byzantine I believe is decanummium of Tiberius II Constantine, Theoupolis mint. SB 456. I believe the first Byzantine is a decanummium of Maurice Tiberius from the Theoupolis mint. SB 537. Wish there was more detail to go on though.
Allowing for the different spellings of Laodicea/Laodikeia, I'd recommend just searching on the terms "ad Mare arched shrine Tyche" at Acsearch.info for #4.
