I was looking through WEXLERS and VISTA. WEXLERS looks the closest but wanted another opinion. Does this look like the 71 D FS 801?

Not the FS-801. Yours might be master die doubling.

What's going on with Washington's profile on the obverse? If you expand and look at his chin and lips it looks like a double profile. Odd.
