I went from being virtual for 10 years to having to go back into the office 2 weeks before Covid made everyone virtual to required to come in 2 days a week and then 3 days a week and then to an average of 3 days to having to go to a satellite office which didn't have Lenel badging so I was failing to meet my in the office days to going back to virtual as the coming in average 3 days when I'm mostly at an office without tracking makes no sense, to virtual and going in when I need (which seems to be more than I want to go in). I deserve a promotion for all the projects I now manage. I think the new way is that if you do good work you get so much work that you start not doing everything because you have too much.
