I found this coin on the beach in Texas it is copper and just a tad smaller than a dime.The coin is in real bad shape and one side I can not even make out details. The other side only a few details. The pics aren't the best so I also did a little drawing of the details that I can see.

I see you use Photobucket. So do I. Looks like you are uploading your photos okay. Right click on the IMG code directly beneath your photo. It is now saved in your mouses memory. Keep the forum open and photobucket open by minimizing. Now, type your text and then right click after text to paste to your post. Hope this helps. I like to choose large picture.

Given the fact that there are less than 10 of these known, would that not be great! It's considered a Colonial. It's in the Red Book of U.S. Coins.

thanks all for your suggestions and how to post photos. I am glad I found this site and all the great info here, so that I can learn more about coins. I collect some coins and this is a great place to buff up on the knowledge.
