I may have posted one or two of these in the past but I have now managed to capture nicer pictures of these world coins. I've purchased all of these at a time when I didn't catalogue what I paid and now I have found a buyer but I want to make sure I am not ripping him off/under valuing these.

I know it is alot to ask but wondering if I could get some grade opinions and book values. I do not have an up to date world book.

For world coin values, go to NGC world coin price guide. The prices are current Krause prices.

In my opinion, ebay has the real current market value of these coins.

For instance, the Italy 1 centesimo, PCGS MS65 sold recently for $26.
The Germany 1 Mark 1915 D NGC MS64 recently sold for $34

... and so on.

Since yours are ungraded (and possibly would not grade as high as those reference points, though they are really attractive) I am thinking these two are in the $15 range.

I have a collection of about 2,500 World coins, 80% of those in the $10 to $30 range.
I only use the Sheldon system of grading for U.S. coins, mainly because that is what U.S. collectors are used to.

1. 1 Centesimo : unc.
2. Florin: good EF cleaned (slight wear on beard)
3. 1 Mark ch. unc
4. 50 Centimes good EF- slight wear on The Sower's derreire
5. Farthing good EF cleaned a very long time ago
6. Italy 5 Centesimos EF - unc
7. 1/4 Anna can't grade this one, but look for 4 distinct diamond pairs in the band of the crown to be at least good EF. These coins reasonably common in red unc.
8. 50 Piastres good EF
9. Farthing VF
10. good EF tiny amount of wear on the high points of the obverse.

NGC World Coin values reflect Krause prices, but can be sometimes be quite unreliable. At least that has been my experience in 40 years of collecting World coins.
I have all Krause catalogs covering the last four centuries. I use them mainly for identification.

Everyone should learn to grade in both the Sheldon and British grading systems, unless you are specializing in U.S. coins only.
