Sadly this is a cleaned coin, though it is retoning nicely. Very clear eyelid doubling, no evidence of doubling elsewhere. Will send this one over to James along with the 1941 P DDO discovery from a month back.

That's really strong to have missed all these years. Sadly not everything that looks like an eyelid DDO actually is one, as there are some serious die pitting issues in that area that can be real tricky foolers. But looks good from the photos and I would submit it to Wiles for his consideration.
