Hi, I came upon this bill during a search. What do you think ? My guess is it might be a misprint but yet again I am new to the bill collecting world.

If you're new to paper money collecting my advice would be to go slow, research the information available and focus on what you like.

I saw this subject being discussed on a different forum and the question posted addressed the potential for ROI. No collector wants to overpay for a note or buy a note that decreases in value. Collect because you like it, not for ROI. If your collection goes up in value, it a bonus.
