This isn't my coin, but he gave me permission to share to see if its PMD..or struck though.? Nothing seems to be affected by this.

Massive damage! The coin isn't round anymore and it's going to be larger than a normal cent. The damage has pushed the top and bottom of the coin away from the center. Nothing in the minting process could cause this. I wonder what they were trying to do?
