I know this coin is worn,but the three and eight look heavier on one side plus "OF AMERICA" is very weak. What are your thoughts? Thanks again.

Agree, it's likely an old Greaser. Otherwise it probably would not have worn this enevenly.

Once the design elements blur with the fields it's pretty tough to know if it's plain old circulation, or something else.
