This will likely be my last coin post for some time. I will be headed back into the woods to chase bats yet again, this time trying to ambush them as they are heading into caves/mines to hibernate. Will be able to read and post at times, but no way to photograph coins.
This one is interesting, as it is sort of a double obverse doubled die plus a reverse doubled die. All are fairly light, so no bomber doubling, but lots going on.
The class 2 doubling on the obverse shows up as separation lines across the top of the letters of IN GOD WE TRUST. The class 6 obverse doubling shows up as thickness in the outer devices and best seen on the shape of the 4 in the date as well as the pointy bit on the tip of the lower arm of the E in WE. The reverse is a typical class 6
DDR with thickness in the outer devices but not super strong.
This coin upgrades the one in my collection.
