2006 south Dakota State Quarter error I think this coin is vary nice the photos don't even do it justice

tell me what you guys think also if you find errors other then the clad idk what I would even call this type of coin
if you could let me know what you think its worth

Looks like some kind of environmental damage,not missing clad layer. Also,please crop photos properly before posting,thanks.

Ok yes these new pics are great! It looks to me like the surface is stained, but if you are convinced that it was struck missing a layer, then weigh it. If the weight is within spec, then it is surface staining.
