I think PMG does a pretty great job most of the time, but my jaw dropped at this $2 Red Seal (with a Star designation to boot):

I saw this note earlier today through a link on a different forum. I feel the Star designation is deserved because of the phenomenal eye appeal and vivid colors. My guess is the embossing is probably spot-on also. Numerically, I feel it's closer to 67 but I put alot of weight on margins. The centering of the third print looks just slightly askew, to the left.

Based on the front lower margin alone, I would not give it better than a 65, or 66 at the very best. Does no one find the tight lower front margin just totally wrong for this unheard-of grade?

Someone's going to get suckered on this.
