Hi everyone. I need some help IDing two small coins (one silver and one copper), which I believe to be Indo-Parthian. The first is silver, is 15mm in diameter, and 1.38g. The Second is copper, 13mm in diameter, and 1.58g.

Any help with these two worn coins would be appreciated! Thanks.

I believe these may both be Indo-Scythian issues of Azes.

Yes Indo-Scythian and most likely Azes.

Bob L & echizento - Thanks! that definitely puts me on the right track. However, it does look as though most of the coins listed on wildwinds for Azes are larger denomination bronze and silver coins. I'm not seeing much in the 13-15mm range in either bronze or silver.

Wildwinds does not provide a complete catalog for many varieties/emissions. It would be a mistake to think they provide a complete picture.

Coinindia has a 14 mm Azes "drachm" (could it be a fractional?) and Grifterrec has a number of them listed between 13 and 15 mm and less than 2 gm, with one as light as 1.11 gm.

There are many varieties but here is a typical Azes drachm with Zeus reverse. The lighter weight of your coins is not unexpected in this state of preservation. Despite appearance, both coins likely have a similar (low) silver content. https://www.zeno.ru/showphoto.php?photo=204970

I agree, these do look like the Azes II silver drachm, Zeus left reverse, shown second from the bottom at
