mikediamond Pillar of the Community United States 2738 Posts	Posted 09/18/2019 3:32 pm It would be more accurately described as an uncentered broadstrike with a stiff collar error. It was struck in with the inverted setup universally used at this time. Since virtually all uncentered broadstrikes show the effect of a stiff collar, referring to the latter as a separate error is probably a mistake. Probably better to call it a stiff collar effect.
