Is the 1982 d the only small date that is rare? Or would a Philadelphia small date copper be good to

Only the 1982-D small date copper version (non plated).

1982 year was good for rare varieties.

Denver: 1982 D small date copper 2 known
Philly: 1982 small date zinc FS-1801 only 5 known

There are other varieties for the year but not as valuable.

Agreed with above answers. There's only a few of them that are in existence. It should weigh 3.1 grams, if it's the real deal.
