Does anyone know anything about this counter mark?. Only thing I can think of is Heinz 57, but suspect that is not the correct ID.

I am thinking Closed wreath, reeded, but not sure on bow size

Without a name, or well-publicized initials, it is next to impossible to know the significance of the countermark. The only thing we can safely say is that it was likely done when the token circulated.
