not bad. I think it makes MS63 but not a huge fan of the obverse. decent price for the grade

Also, on the eye appeal scale from 0 to 10, what would be the number(s) with and without those black obv. splotches present?

the 92P is known for a weaker strike so I think this one is average based on others known. I don't think you can deduct anything for that. i'd say eye appeal 7/10 mainly due to the dullness of the obverse and the spots as well as missing luster across the bust. it may look better in hand. post new photos when you have it in hand
