YourGeorgiaPeach Valued Member United States 287 Posts	Posted 09/20/2019 12:08 pm Got tired of the usual quarters and dollars I resort to by default and decided to take a jab at nickels. Came out with a handful of noteworthy finds: 1920 Buffalo nickel (Nic-a-dated) 1938 Jefferson nickel (First issue year AND first '38 I own) 1940 in great shape for its age, AU at least 1943-S silver wartime nickel (First silver find CRH, no luck with dimes or quarters yet) 1970-D in MS, possibly an Unc set piece 2009-D (First 2009 nickel) Would definitely do this more often if my local branches carried them more often, they don't carry as many of em for the most part, so I might consider ordering boxes in the future.
