this looks like the photo in NGC variety 1942 DDO does any one agree?is it a DDO

I disagree. The strongest point of doubling on the stronger one would be IGWT, and the date shows moderate doubling on the 1 and 4. I do not see that on yours. The other DDO on NGC For this date/mintmark is not present on your coin either. It would be visible on the 1 and 4 as doubling to the east. There is also a split serif on the 2 that is quite visible. Keep hunting!
