I'm new to collecting and errors but have learned alot on determining certain errors but this one has me stumped. Love knowledge tho if anyone cld help out.

Not an error coin. PSD. It's been intentionally damaged after it left the U.S. Mint.

The obverse flaw is indented, while the image is mirrored but raised on the reverse, right?
