I found this in a crh today, the ear is elongated or possibly considered doubled, the throat is doubled and the bow tie is ruined, all a result of the bullseye from minting.

It is also rotated by about 10 % on the back.

What do you think? is it a bingo?

@do, first welcome to CCF. Second, I disagree that this smearing of the metal happened during the striking process. Rather this looks like damage to me.
