Hi all,

I found this Star Note with low mint mark.
Is this a valuable note?

Has a print run of about 3.2 million. Which is incredibly common. I my opinion, it's a spender.

I don't consider a triple zero start to be a low serial number.

What's a "Mint Mark" ?

A low serial number is three or less digits.
