I think but I'm not sure that it is a honour of force but I didnt find any piece looks like it .

This dates to the 1900s when the French realised that war with Germany was inevitable. Young men were highly encoraged to take part in strenuous physical activity, much of which had a strong military element.
This medal, and many more like it, was some kind of competition prize. Collectors refer to these medals collectively as "Preparations for War".
