hey!

I believe this is a 2008p nickel declass on the reverse. Forehead line runs through the E, the eye is above the I&C, and the other eye is above theO &N in monticello...I only wish it was in better shape and that I could take better pictures.

Yep! Looks like a die clash to me. The clashed eyes are in the correct location.
