came across this 1971 LMC with a raised, what appears to be a memorial corner slightly tilted. ideas?

Just that area looks affected. It maybe die damage. If it were a hubbing issue, then all the devices/design would be affected. It appear raised, so it is a die issue. (possible gouge)

Looks like an issue with some type of Die Damage. Your coin is also in a Late Die State too.
