Just came across this on ebay. I stepped away from the bullion street for a couple years and noticed this on ebay. No photos of the obverse to confirm date but seller states 2019 in title and description. It's off to me how this appears to be a proof and suddenly the RCM got rid of the security features?

I just realized that one side is proof and one side is specimen. No queens bust or date

I just found a second one on ebay and realized they are legitimate. Sorry! Should have done my research before posting!
