1994 Quarter With Ponytail Error

Hello, I have a 1994 D quarter with a ponytail not where it should be, it's offset towards the mint mark
,and shows his full neck with lines between neck and ponytail, I have been unsuccessful finding anything but one locked forum on here about one similar , any info would be very much appreciated , thank you

As mentioned piture of the coin is essential to determine what it is. But I have a feeling it maybe an abraded die issue on that area, I have seen several examples.
