This Lowell W Quarter is by far better then the rest of my Lowell's and I was wondering how you would grade it?

I'll say MS-65.

Next time I would take better lit photos that expose all features of the coin, that way nothing is obscured by any shade.

Anyway from what I can see, this is a nice MS-65 imo

MS65 I'd say also. Kind of had to say for sure, the lighting isn't right but hey, we are coin collectors not coin photographers right? Lol

In person, with the right lighting set up, the what a grader would have it like a 60 watt incandescent and then the right magnification levels would certainly change things.

In the one case the light is too harsh on the left and on the right, not enough. In hand you'd be able to turn it to see how the light plays on it.

I feel good about MS65. Maybe MS66 given the right magnification and assessment conditions, but it doesn't get to MS67 or higher.

MS-65 but the dark photo lighting might be hiding some surface marks.
