The apparent cameo on #2 would make it more likely to deserve a proof like designation.

@ moxking and others, your US definition of prooflike does not apply here, the Canadian definition of proof like is totally different.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

So they are both the same coin 1974 PL
Left one is done with axle lighting and the one on the right is Jansko lighting.
I think the axle lighting makes it look good but does hide a lot.
