Not doubled stamped...it's some kind of glue. If it was doubled stamped the letters wouldn't be backwards.

To CCF! Just glue stuck to the coin. PSD, not an error coin. Two coins were glued together.

It looks like glue or some other kind of sticky substance on the obverse. Another cent was once attached to this coin. When it was removed it left the reverse image on your coin. It's not an error coin, but it does grab your attention.

It looks so much like copper I never thought to try to chip it off. I just chipped a piece off and sure enough it is some kind of glue. Thanks for the help !!
