I found a 1991 P (Washington) quarter with a clear Lincoln Memorial stamped on top of Washington's head...! Can Anyone give Any sort of insight on this? I'm wondering if this is a rare/ one of a kind find or has anyone else been lucky enough to come across this coin?

Without pictures, I am just guessing.

My geuss?
It could be a 'shed job', with a Memorial cent hammered onto the Quarter, or pressed into the Quarter with a strong vise.

@md, first welcome to CCF. Second, there are two type of damage that commonly create this situation: when a vice is used to squish more than one coin together and when a clear glue is used to stick two coins together thus leaving an impression behind. Please post pics of this coin so that we can help you further.
