PaddyB Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 945 Posts	Posted 10/01/2019 03:45 am For identification, if that is what you want, we really need the diameter as the British farthing, halfpenny and penny for 1856 all have very similar designs. I THINK, by the proportions, it is probably a farthing. Not a scarce year but reasonably decent condition. The penny for that year is one of the more difficult ones, so worth confirming the diameter.
